Shipping, Return & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the destination:
Belgium: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International orders: 5–10 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within Belgium: €10
Shipping outside Belgium: €15
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 5 working days of receiving their order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Item must be in the same condition as received
Any opened, used, worn, or altered hair is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
For hygiene reasons, human hair products cannot be returned once opened or used.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be issued if:
Return request is made within 5 working days
Item is received back unopened and unused
Return is approved after inspection
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if conditions are not met.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must ensure the product is suitable before opening. Once opened, the item is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return or refund.
